Conventional Machining is done in house, mainly for the support of our fabrication needs.
Machining of various materials can be done for an array of components. These units can be manufactured from new parts, drawings or samples.
Lathes, Drilling Machines, Milling Machines, Saws are part of the in house facility – this immense facility ensures that our turnaround time is appreciated by our client base. Our focus is not on precision turning and machining, machines bought specific to improve our quality and lead times, as well as cost effectiveness.

All fabrication of various items will be handled within our shop.

Approved 3rd party Inspectors and X-Rays with Data Books..

Laser Cutting, Water Jet Cutting, Bending and Rolling are sub contracted.

The supply of material and fabrication of all Titanium components

Machining of Stainless Steel, Aluminium, Titanium and Carbon Steel.
